Heres a quick 16 minute guide to keep fit and make you tired.

Choose 4 activities;

either
You will need a seconds counter...digital desirably

For each exercise chosen
20 second exercise
10 second rest
20 second exercise
10 second rest
20 second exercise
10 second rest
20 second exercise
10 second rest

Repeat this as often as you like........try at least once a day...it helps with stamina, weight loss and health

REMEMBER HEALTHY DIET AND EXERCISE GO TOGETHER!

Once finished have a minute deep breath and you're DONE!
